811 - Days 14-16

Day 14

I had much of the same today, the usual melons, okra, tomatoes, spiralized cukes, OJ and some lovely persimmons!

*2 mile run - I thought about just skipping the run today because I was feeling lazy but I'm glad I didn't. The run felt great, much easier, and I loved sweating in the 100 degree weather!
