I've been eating sooo much fruit! This is Banana Man with a pinapple, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, grape salad, yummm!
Close up
I've been running an average of 3 miles, 3-4 times per week. Banana Man just started giving me tennis lessons (he is a tennis coach) and today we went for a 15 mile bike ride. I like mixing up the exercise instead of just running all the time...
I've been loving the Olympics! I am so excited to see my friends on the US Diving Team! I trained with Troy for about 2 years and I hope he does great! Watch for him on 3meter, he's very VERY good!
811 has been going well. I had some seed cheese and flax crackers on Wednesday. Just a little...BUT I paid the price even for that little bit! The garlic, onion, and jalapenos gave me diarrhea and the most disgusting trashcan burps!! Lesson learned!
I just love fruit! It is so clean and beautiful. I get a much higher vibration from fruit and I love that!
My favorite fruits lately are mangoes, raspberries, and Canary melon. Oh Canary melon, I looooove you!
.
I passed another parasite in my stool today. I'm not sure what that's all about, I'm not on the parasite cleanse anymore... I am going to start wearing the Zapper tonight. Hopefully it will help my skin which has been freaking out since I ended the juice feast. Hulda Clark says acne is due to parasites, we shall see!

Beautiful pictures! I'm glad you're happy!
I sooooo want to play Tennis!
And Oooooh acne is due to parasites? Actually I remember reading that in Clark's book too, many years ago.
Mine has been clearing up really really nicely on 811, but I haven't noticed any parasites coming out. Well I wish! That would be fun!
Wow, those watermelons are HUGE! I guess it's true what they say, everything is bigger in Texas.
Linda where do you get your fruit from? I'm sure you've said before and I've missed it, and I know you get it locally, but I am in need of some quality produce!
your blog always makes me hungry by the way :)
Hi Linda!
I haven't been blogging (which I now am taking back up) so I hadn't read the comment you left. It may sound funny but just that one comment put a smile on my face and felt very encouraging. I have continued to eat raw, other than a couple slip ups that didn't settle well. I guess it has been good in these early stages to slip up every once in a while, maybe 2 times having only a couple bites other than the 3 days I posted about, because it has been a HUGE reminder of why I am going through this lifestyle change.
What is the cleanse you used for the parasite? I would be curious to do this and see if it has something to do with my upset stomach.
I have spent a lot of time reading, not posting yet, on goneraw.com. I love the site, it has so much information and a great place to get answers to questions that other people are experiencing as well.
Thank you for being you and continuing to blog!

Linda -- I followed your okra lead and bought some from a local farmstand in Blanco. Added it raw to my salad - DELISH! Thanks for the idea, and happy eating!
Those watermelons look amazing. I love watermelon!!!
