It's funny, juicing is sooo much easier this time around...
Day 2 I had:
1 qt pineapple/cucumber/mint
1 qt apple/cucumber/parsley/celery/lemon
12 oz watermelon juice
12 oz orange juice with greens powder & spirulina
12 oz tomato juice
Went to yoga tonight and it was AMAZING. My back was kinda bothering me and lo and behold, our session was all about opening the sacrum!!! I had never done yoga using props and I really loved it! I can't wait to go back for more!
Day 3 I had:
1 qt tomato/celery/cilantro/parsley/yellow pepper/cucumber/jalapeno/onion/garlic
(it was actually really savory and yummy! tasted like pico de gallo!!)
12 oz orange/pineapple with greens powder & spirulina
1 qt watermelon juice
right now I am sipping on 1 qt cucumber/parsley/celery/lemon
Today I finished the book The Journey of Socrates. It's by Dan Millman, the author of The Way of the Peaceful Warrior. It was a really great book! I remember when I read The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, I started in the morning and read it in one day from start to finish! This book took a little longer, 3 days, but that's how his books are they just grab hold of you!
I've been really enjoying reading lately. I also recently finished Man of Light. It's the biography of Maricio Panisset. It is one of the most amazing books I have ever read! I might have to read it again soon!
I'm feeling good. Not too tired, to too hungry...I'm actually pretty even compared to the first days of my 65day juice feast last spring.
I've been listening to Holosync and I am excited to have that addition in my life right now. I think it's been amazing so far! Really enjoying Courtney's blog and going through the posts she did during her 60 day jf last year. Thanks for the inspiration Courtney!
